If you ever get the chance to mention the idea of a library 5 a day - 5 minutes to yourself to read, relax, de-stress, etc. Like asking people to get 5 a day fruit & veg but for wellbeing instead. Read a book, comic, magazine, blog, whatever...take 5 for you.
